The research group was established in X.2020, and we have conducted research since then. As of X.2024, the grant supporting the Senescence in Healing of Wounds (SHoW) research group has expired, and the group has been formally dissolved. The biological-research portion of SHoW is now incorporated into the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute for Traumatology under a new name: Tissue Damage Responses in Regeneration and Aging (TiDRRA). This name reflects the group’s broad research scope, including aging processes, responses to acute injuries, healing and scarring, cellular senescence, epimorphic regeneration, tissue engineering, and related areas.
